In the system, you can apply filters based on availability, role, fields of expertise, career preferences, education level, and process status. For regular use, you can set and save fixed filters by clicking the 'save' button, after which they will be active by default. Sorting functions are available based on the date of addition, availability, and match score.
In the report, you can find the results of the assessment that the Talent has completed. You will see the match score with the job profile against which the Talent has been compared. Additionally, you will see the Talent’s competencies, motivations, and cultural preferences.
