If you are interested in a talent, you can now invite them to participate in your selection process. As soon as you click on 'invite', the talent receives an email indicating your interest in including them in your selection process. Once the talent agrees, they become a candidate in your candidate portal.
If a talent does not meet the requirements and you do not want to include them in your selection process, you can choose to press 'reject'. This marks the candidate in your Talent Pool. This is useful to maintain a clear overview of which talents you have or have not reviewed.
Good to know: if you reject a candidate, they will not receive a notification that they have been rejected.
Now that the candidate is in your candidate portal, you can use the information in their resume to contact them. This can be done via phone or email.
