The candidate report looks different than the report you’re viewing. In this article we show you how this looks like.

The candidate sees the same results as you, but they do not see the comparison to the job profile. This is something only for you and your company. Because of this, they also don’t see the match score, their areas of development and the interview questions.

To see how your candidate sees the report exactly, you can try the following steps:

• Open the report of your candidate in your portal
• Click on the job profile you’ve chosen before
• There, you can click no job profile (circled in red below).
• The report that is shown next is exactly how the candidate sees their report; completely blanco (scroll down to see the example)
